2. AUTHORISATION OF ACTIVITIES AND PLACING ON THE MARKET:

  • Completion  of the responsible declaration for cosmetics facilities, for companies located in Spain that carry out any of the activities of manufacturing or importing and presenting to the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products. 
  • Marketing of products
  • Notifications for cosmetics, including notification ib the European Commission's new portal for cosmetics notification 
    (CPNP) según el Reglamento (CE) nº 1223/2009.
  • Application for Free Sale Certificates for Export.
  • Dossiers for the registration and export of products to other countries. Labelling.
  • Request for National Codes for distribution to Pharmaceutical Distributors and Pharmacies (Voluntary).

3. GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES AND QUALITY PLAN IN LABORATORIES:

  • Serch for laboratories to conduct safety and efficacy studies. Follow-up, protocal design
  • Preparation and implementation  of the Document Quality System required under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Advice  on the legality of cosmetics and their labelling.
  • Conducting quality audits on facilities and documentation.
  • Information File- Security Report.
  • File on Cosmetic Product Information.
  • Development of a continuous  training plan tailored to the needs of the company. We firmly believe in training staff at all levels.
  • Subsidised training (FUNDAE):  we are an organising and training entity of the State Foundation for Employment Training, which means that companies can offer subsidised ttraining to their staff, with us taking care of all the paperwork.
