1. TECHNICAL AND LEGAL CONSULTANCY
- Hygienic design of facilities.
- Preparation and review of labelling in accordance with regulations, technical data sheets and product specifications.

- Legal advice: essential up-to-date information for compliance with global requirements for your company and its products.
2. EXTERNAL AUDITS
For customers whose HACCP system implementation is at an advanced stage or already implemented, or at the customer's request, we offer a programme of periodic external audits, in which we strictly control all system processes. This service can be contracted solely as a control of your own HACCP system or also to audit your suppliers and creditors.
3. HEALTH SELF-MONITORING
PROJECTS
Design, development and implementation of:
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
- Good Hygiene Practices Manual (GHP).
4. OFFICIAL PROCEDURES
– General Health Register of Food Companies and Foods (RGSEAA): Mandatory national register for companies that manufacture, process, package, store, distribute, transport and/or import food, materials intended to come into contact with food, and processing aids.
– Regional Health Registry (RASCOM): Mandatory regional registry for establishments or businesses whose main activity is retail sales or on-site service to end consumers or groups.
–Notification of the placing on the market of food supplements: the competent authorities must be notified of the date on which certain food products are first placed on the market in Spain.
5. HEALTH SURVEILLANCE:
– Internal audits: Regular checks that detect potential system failures that could lead to more serious problems.
– Analysis of processed products, surfaces, environments, and handlers.
– Reports on non-conformities, corrective and preventive measures.
6. FOOD HYGIENE AND SAFETY TRAINING:
- Development of a continuous training plan tailored to the needs of the company. We firmly believe in training staff at all levels.
- Subsidised training (FUNDAE): We are an organising and training entity of the State Foundation for Employment Training, which means that companies can offer subsidised training to their staff, with us taking care of all the paperwork.
